How do I make an online payment?
Watch the video below for a visual walkthrough of making your payment online. This video will take you through every step of the payment process.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
Since our contracts are month to month, we require at least 10 days notice before you move out.
What do I need to do when I move out of my storage unit?
When moving out of your unit, please take all items out of your unit and take any trash with you. Please leave the unit in broom-clean condition and remove your lock from the storage door.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, or make a payment through our website. You may also enroll in autopay to have payments automatically deducted from your bank account on a monthly basis.
Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office including boxes, packing tape, packing peanuts, packing paper, and more.
How do I know how much storage space I’ll need?
If you’re having trouble finding the right unit for your needs, our unit size guide will help you understand how much each of our common unit sizes will hold. If you still need help choosing the right unit, please contact us for more assistance.
Are there any items I’m not allowed to store?
Combustible items such as paint, paint thinner, lighter fluid, etc. cannot be stored at any of our facilities in addition to explosives, toxic materials, and perishables such as food. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does someone have to be in the office to let me into the access control gate?
No. At the time of signing your lease, you’ll be given your own passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
There are a few facilities that offer 24-hour access to customers who have business items in storage. Please consult with our friendly storage team at your location for more details on 24-hour access.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in and move items around your unit.
Are your units climate-controlled?
Many of our facilities offer climate-controlled units in a variety of sizes. Climate control is a great option if you have items that are susceptible to rot, warping, or melting under extreme temperature changes.
Do I need to have climate control for my items?
You don’t necessarily need climate control for your items, but if you have items such as leather furniture, wooden furniture, or records, it’s recommended that you rent a unit with climate control. Climate control will keep your unit at a constant temperature year-round and ensure that temperature-sensitive items don’t warp, melt, or rot while in storage.
