Our spacious indoor boat storage stalls feature a 12×12 or 14’ door to provide your watercraft with complete protection from the Texas sun and inclement weather. There’s a lot to think about when renting your first storage unit, but the dedicated team at The Storage Place is here to help you every step of the way. Below are some of the questions we’re commonly asked, but feel free to contact us anytime if you still need help.
How do I find my unit when I arrive?
Use the facility map to proceed to your unit. You will break off the temporary blue tag to gain access to your unit and new lock will waiting inside the unit for you to secure the unit. The keys included in the lock are the only keys to the lock and the lock is yours to keep!
What are the access hours of this facility?
You can access the facility every day of the week, 24 hours a day! If you would like to meet with a facility manager, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Who can use the wash bays?
We have 8 covered wash bays complete with water hoses (make sure you press the red stop button when you’re done to turn off the water) and compressed air available for use by our tenants at no additional cost.
Who can use the ice machines?
We have 2 commercial ice machines that tenants can use at no additional cost. Please clean up after yourself and use the provided ice scoops.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have clean men’s a women’s restrooms available for use 24/7.
How do I convert my reservation into a rental?
After making a reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique Reservation Code. Come back to our website and submit your Reservation code to begin the process of converting your reservation into a rental! Click here to jump up to the form and get started.
